PKP: Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan 

Definisi:

  • Dalam tempoh ini, semua operasi kecuali perkhidmatan penting terpaksa ditutup.
  • Terdapat larangan menyeluruh pergerakan dan perhimpunan ramai di seluruh negara termasuk aktiviti keagamaan,sukan,sosial, dan budaya.
  • Untuk menguatkuasakan larangan ini,semua rumah ibadat dan premis perniagaan hendaklah ditutup,kecuali pasar raya,pasar awam, kedai runcit, dan kedai serbaneka yang menjual barangan keperluan harian.

PKPB: Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Bersyarat 

Definisi:

  • Fokus kepada kawalan pergerakan berkaitan majlis sosial.
  • Sektor ekonomi dibenarkan beroperasi mengikut keperluan.
  • Masa operasi perniagaan juga dihadkan dan ada campur tangan pihak berkuasa seperti sekatan jalan raya, dan pemantauan premis ke premis.

PKPP: Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Pemulihan

Definisi:

  • Tiada lagi kawalan ketat pihak berkuasa seperti sekatan jalan raya.
  • Orang ramai disarankan mematuhi SOP dengan menjaga penjarakan sosial, memakai pelitup muka di kawasan tumpuan ramai dan kerap mencuci tangan.

PKPD: Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Diperketatkan

Definisi:

  • Kawalan pergerakan penuhuntuk lokasi tertentu yang dikesan mempunyai kluster besar.
  • Penduduk di kawasan yang terlibat tidak dibenarkan meninggalkan kediaman masing – masing dan bekalan makanan akan dihantar kepada mereka oleh pihak berkuasa.
  • Orang luar dan pelawat tidak dibenarkan memasuki kawasan ini dan semua aktiviti perniagaan akan dihentikan.

PKPPDB: Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Diperketatkan Bersasar

Definisi:

  • Kawalan pergerakan penuh di lokaliti terpilih disebabkan penularan kes yang bertumpu seperti di kawasan kampung, asraman dan sebagainya dalam radius tertentu. Sama seperti PKPD, cuma kawasan penguatkuasaan lebih kecil.
  • Semua penduduk tidak dibenarkan meninggalkan Kawasan PKPDB dalam tempoh penguatkuasaan.

PKPDS: Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Diperketatkan Separa 

Definisi:

  • Membenarkan pihak berkuasa menjalankan ujian Covid-19 ke atas penduduk dan pekerja asing. Orang masih dibenarkan untuk keluar dan masuk dari kawan tersebut jika mereka mempunyai alasan yang kukuh.

MCO: Movement Control Order

Definition:

  • During this period, all operations except essential services had to be closed.
  • Interstate travel was not allowed to go out to purchase, supply, or deliver food or daily necessities.
  • Other than that, only the head of families or one person from each family is allowed to leave their home and buy essential or medical items.

CMCO: Conditional Movement Control Order 

Definition: 

  • Focus on restriction for social activities.
  • Majority of the shops are now open for business, but business such as cinemas, theme parks, karaoke spots, museums, and busking are not allowed to re-open.
  • There were restrictions in operation hours and authorities run the roadblock and monitor the premises.

RMCO: Recovery Movement Control Order

Definition: 

  • During the RMCO, no restrictions from authorities such as roadblock.
  • However, residents had been encouraged to obey the SOP by keep the social distancing, wearing the mask and wash hands frequently.

EMCO: Enhanced Movement Control Order

Definition: 

  • This strict movement control is for specific locations that have a large cluster detected within the area.
  • Residents at the affected areas are not allowed to leave their houses and food items will be sent to them by the respective authorities.
  • Outsiders and visitors are not allowed to enter the area and all business activities will be shut down.

TEMCOTargeted Enhanced Movement Control Order 

Definition:

  • Total lockdown applies to a much smaller space instead of entire districts or localities, such as a residential complex or an office building and with tighter restrictions.
  • All residents are not allowed to leave the area during the enforcement period. Non-residents and visitors are not allowed to enter the districts involved during the enforcement period.

SEMCO: Semi Enhanced Movement Control Order (SEMCO) 

Definition: 

  • SEMCO allows authorities to conduct Covid-19 tests on residents and foreign workers. People are still allowed to move in and out of the area if they have valid reasons.
