Covid-19 Watch: 22,535 new cases bring total to 3,823,571

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia recorded 22,535 new Covid-19 cases on Sunday (March 13), says the Health Ministry.
According to the ministry’s CovidNow portal, 22,174 of the new Covid-19 infections in the country were local transmissions, while there were 361 imported cases.
This brings the total number of Covid-19 infections in the country to 3,823,571 cases since the pandemic began.
A total of 87 deaths were recorded on Sunday with 25 classified as being brought in dead, bringing the total to 33,807.
