Covid-19: Anwar Calls for Registration, Vaccination Process to be Eased

KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim today proposed for the registration for vaccination and dispensing of the Covid-19 vaccine to be further eased.

“I call for the process of registration and dispensing of the vaccine to be further eased as they are now too complicated with all sorts of forms and checks, ” he said in a Facebook post Tuesday (March 16).

The Port Dickson MP also urged the public not to procrastinate but to register immediately for vaccination via the MySejahtera app.

“I also hope that the public will realise the importance of the vaccine and read more about it. It is equally important that we leave this β€˜sick era’ to rebuild and revive our economy, ” he said.

The Opposition leader, who received his vaccine shot at the Kuala Lumpur Health Clinic Tuesday, also thanked the frontliners led by Dr Murugesu Raju for their service and cooperation throughout the vaccination process. – Bernama
